Cancellations, Refusals, Damaged in Shipping Policy

Cancellation and Refusal Policy: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we have received payment, a refund for the the full amount of the payment received, including any shipping, will be Initiated at that time for that order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately to get return authorization. Return the items in original condition postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Regular stock items will be refunded when returned according to these terms. Clearance items are non-refundable but may be exchanged. Custom, customized, special order, and made-to-order items may be returned for exchange or for web-store credit on a case-by-case basis. This will be determined at the time of the special order request. Due to the unique nature of wearable art, some items can not be refunded or exchanged. Those items will be noted on the website. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for items that do not arrive in the same condition shipped, so please pack carefully and insure. Refunds cannot be made for items returned postmarked more than 10 days after you receive the item, not in original condition, or if you do not contact TCC to approve the return. In those cases, you may be eligible to receive web-store credit good for any item currently available. Gift certificates, shipping fees, and any handling fees are non-refundable.

Damaged In Shipping: If your item(s) arrive in a damaged condition, save ALL the boxes and packing materials, as well as the items. Then contact TCC immediately. You must save all packing materials in the event that a postal or insurance inspector needs to see them for insurance purposes.
